1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GoFez Travel website and your booking of any private tour, desert excursion, or private driver service with GoFez Travel ("we", "us", "our"), an owner-operated tour company based in Fès, Morocco. By contacting us, submitting a booking request, or traveling with us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking request submitted through our website, WhatsApp, or email is not confirmed until we send you a written confirmation (by email or WhatsApp) outlining your itinerary, price, and any deposit required. Verbal or informal discussions do not constitute a confirmed booking.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted per the currency and terms specified in your individual offer, and may vary depending on group size, season, and itinerary customizations.
• A deposit may be required to confirm certain bookings, with the balance payable before or during the tour, as agreed at the time of booking.
• Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing; confirmed bookings will not be altered except in cases described under "Changes & Force Majeure" below.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking confirmation, as they may vary depending on the tour, season, and third-party arrangements (such as riads, camps, or activities with their own cancellation policies). Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits are generally non-refundable, and refund eligibility for the remaining balance depends on how close to the departure date the cancellation is made.

5. Changes & Force Majeure

We reserve the right to modify an itinerary where necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to weather conditions, road closures, political instability, public health measures, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will do our best to offer a suitable alternative and will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Traveler Responsibilities

By booking with us, you confirm that:

• You and your fellow travelers hold valid passports, visas, and any travel documents required for entry into Morocco.
• You have disclosed any medical conditions, mobility limitations, or dietary requirements relevant to your itinerary in advance.
• You will follow the reasonable safety instructions of your driver, guide, or tour leader during activities such as desert excursions or mountain treks.

GoFez Travel is not responsible for denied entry, missed connections, or issues arising from a traveler's failure to hold valid travel documents.

7. Liability

GoFez Travel arranges private tours, transport, and third-party services (such as accommodation, activities, and local guides) with reasonable care and using vetted partners. However, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss, delay, or damage arising from the acts or omissions of independent third-party providers, or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings before departure.

9. Photography & Media

We may take photographs or videos during group activities for use in our marketing materials, website, or social media. If you prefer not to be featured, please let your guide or driver know at the start of your tour, and we will respect your preference.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the GoFez Travel website — including text, photographs, itineraries, and graphics — is the property of GoFez Travel or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your booking will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
